AA Route Planner
Website: www.theaa.com/route-planner
If you simply want directions from A to B, the AA’s Route Planner is a great choice. The site is easy to use and made searching for our desired routes a breeze.
You can add traffic alerts to let you know of any hold-ups you might encounter, and nearby parking can also be included. The turn-by-turn directions were the best on test, providing images of junction signposts and landmarks, which are clear when printed out, too. There’s no offer of any alternative routes, though, and there are a few annoying adverts on the page.
